Welcome to the Move and Improve Beta Cohort ! This program is designed to help you create long-term habits that promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle. This program is based on scientific research that shows the long-term benefits of physical activity and fitness. Here are some key features of the program:

  1. Web-based health program: Our program is web and app based, which means you can access it right on your phone at any time. This makes it easy to fit into your busy schedule. You can also access our group and 1-on-1 zoom calls on either your desktop or mobile device.

  2. Personalized guidance: the program provides personalized guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your program includes bi-weely 1-on-1 meetings as well as weekly group sessions to ensure any questions you have are being answered. The weekly group sessions will include a presentation with me as well as a Q&A to educate you all on different wellness tips and allow you to socialize with the other participants face-to-face.

  3. Routines: This program emphasizes the importance of exercise habits in promoting long-term health. I will do my best to provide you with the tools and resources you need to establish a regular exercise routine for your specific needs and goals.

  4. Nutrition guidance: I will do my best to provide you with nutritional guidance to not only help you make better decisions for your body, but to also help you develop a healthier relationship with food.

  5. Group Support: This program includes access to a private group where you can share your wins, new recipes, and questions as well as provide and receive support from your fellow participants. This aspect of the program is what you make it. Research shows that publicly commiting to your goals can increase success by approximately 65% and having an accountabilty partner can increase your success by 95%!
